TXT-2-PAY: Set up or manage

TXT-2-PAY makes it easy to pay your bill right from your text message inbox in seconds.

Set up TXT-2-PAY

After signing in with your tablet or PC, select a phone number and payment method, then follow the prompts to complete your enrollment.Set up

How to set up TXT-2-PAY

How TXT-2-PAY works

Once enrolled in TXT-2-PAY, you will receive a free text message six days before your wireless bill due date. To complete payment, you must respond to this text message; your bill will not be paid if we do not receive a response to the balance due notification.

Note: TXT-2-PAY cannot be used in conjunction with AutoPay, and isn’t available when wireless service is interrupted.

Enroll in TXT-2-PAY

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select your payment method and enter payment information if prompted.
  3. If you have multiple numbers on your account, select the wireless number to receive the TXT-2-PAY free text message.
  4. Select Continue. If you have AutoPay set up on your account, you’ll be prompted to cancel it.
  5. Review the TXT-2-PAY Terms and Conditions and select Submit.

Manage TXT-2-PAY

Learn how to change the number you use for TXT-2-PAY, view your last payment, update the payment method or card expiration date, and discontinue TXT-2-PAY.
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. If you have multiple numbers on your account, you can change the wireless number that receives the TXT-2-PAY notification.
  3. You may opt to do any of the following tasks:
    • Review last payment
    • Update payment method
    • Discontinue TXT-2-PAY
    • Update card expiration date
  4. Follow the prompts to complete your desired task.
