You can use a single user ID to sign in and manage many accounts at myAT&T. But some accounts must have a unique ID.

If you manage your accounts using myAT&T, then you already have a user ID. If you have more than one account, you might have more than one user ID. Make sure to sign in with the ID for the account you want to manage.

You can manage these accounts and services with a single user ID:
  • Wireless, AT&T Mobile Services (like AT&T Messages), and NumberSyncSM for wearables
  • AT&T Internet, Fixed Wireless Internet, and DSL
