Select each number and account destination, either an existing or new account, and select Continue.
If you move the numbers to an existing account, choose which account. If you move the number to a new account, you’ll be prompted to pick a new plan.
Confirm or update the device info and select Accept device.
Follow the prompts to complete the move.
Important wireless account details
If the number being moved is on a plan with Rollover Data®, the Rollover Data doesn't move with it.
If the number being moved is on a plan with Rollover Minutes®, the minutes don't move with it.
If only one line remains on your FamilyTalk® plan, we’ll automatically change it to a plan for a single line.
If you create a new account for the number you're moving, you must choose a new plan. You’ll get two invoices — one for the old account and one for the new account. There may be partial-month (prorated) charges on the monthly service and airtime charges.
