Your final AT&T Internet, Digital Phone, U-verse TV bill

Your final bill reflects charges for services up until the day they were disconnected, including any one-time charges.


Your final bill for canceled services

  • Your final bill is printed on the regular billing date and should be received within 14 business days after your services have been disconnected.
  • If your final bill ends in a credit, a refund is mailed separately. Most refunds are received within 3-6 weeks.
  • If special billing arrangements are needed, please contact a billing representative at 800.288.2020 during normal business hours.

Important Note
Your final bill can't be paid in a retail store once service is disconnected. However, it can be viewed or paid via myAT&T or the myAT&T mobile app for 90 days from the cancellation date.
