Plenti:AT&T will no longer participate in Plenti after October 31, 2017. You may also use Plenti points1 to save on your bill at pay stations through October 31, 2017. Authorized Payment Location

Make a payment by check or cash at one of our many convenient payment locations. Find an Authorized Payment Location.
  • Authorized payment locations accept cash, checks, money orders, advance payments, and deposits. These locations can't accept credit card payments.
  • A convenience fee is charged at all locations.
  • Paying by check? Remember to bring a valid photo ID as proof of identity.
  • Be sure to bring your account number with you. Here’s how to find it.
  • Payment locations are available only in our service areas. Outside our service area? Find other ways to pay your bill.
  • Businesses can't guarantee that they’ll be able to take payments at the time of your visit.

CheckFreePay Agents

These locations accept payments for wireless, U-verse TV, and Telco accounts. Payments are posted to your account within seconds. Find a CheckFreePay Agent.

Guidelines:
  • Bring your current bill stub to ensure proper posting to your account.
  • All payment centers process payments in real-time, so your account will be updated within seconds.
  • Authorized CheckFreePay agents accept cash, checks, money orders, and advance payments and deposits. Contracted payment centers accept cash and may accept other payment types, but advance payments and deposits are not accepted.
