About your bill

  • The billing responsibility for the original owner’s account (service and phone or device) transfers to your name, using your credit info.
  • You accept responsibility for the wireless account, monthly bill, and contract.
  • You receive the upgrade eligibility on transferred lines.
  • We'll bill you according to the plan and features active on the transferred account.
  • The first bill reflects charges for a full month of service that’s billed in advance. It also includes partial-month (prorated) charges based on the number of days your service is active before the next bill period starts. It may also include activation fees and equipment charges. Because of these initial charges, your first bill may be higher than normal.
  • Rollover Minutes® and Rollover Data® don't transfer.
