Update your AT&T Mail password on your smartphone

Have you reset or changed your email password on your desktop computer or tablet? If you access the same AT&T Mail account on all your devices, you’ll also need to update the password on your smartphone.

Go to Device help and select your device.

1. Go to Device instructions and select Messaging & email.
2. Choose Email.
3. Select Email options to view steps to access email account settings.
4. Select your AT&T Mail account from the email settings on your device.
5. Update your password.
6. Save your password change.
