Scroll to Sign-in info and choose Edit for your email.
Follow the prompts to make your updates.
Check your email inbox to verify your email address. Don't see an email? Make sure you check your spam or junk folder.
Update your billing contact email separately
The email address for your user ID works differently than your billing contact email. Receipts for online payments go to your user ID email. All other billing info goes to your billing contact email. This includes paperless bills and receipts for payments not made online.
Have a wireless account? If so, you can assign your wireless number to your user ID. This lets you recover your user ID or reset your password by text if you ever forget them. Learn how to manage the wireless number for your user ID.
