Learn how to update bill threshold notifications. These notifications let you know when your bill goes over your set dollar amount.

DETAILED STEPS

How to get bill threshold notifications

  1. Go to Profile > Communication preferences.
  2. If you have more than one account, select the account to update from the dropdown at the top.
  3. In the Bill threshold section, select Edit. 
  4. Enter the threshold dollar amount.
  5. Use the toggles to update your notification status and complete any additional fields if prompted.  
  6. Save your changes.
