DETAILED STEPS

AT&T TV

  1. Go to Account Overview.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Select Edit next to Recovery email.

 

AT&T TV NOW

  1. Go to AT&T TV NOW.
  2. Select the icon in the upper right to access Settings.
  3. Select Account Details, then View profile.
  4. Next to Email, select Edit.
  5. Update your contact email address.
  6. Select Save Changes.

Tip: Changes may not be visible in your AT&T TV NOW account until the next day.
