Turn on Face ID. This setting only appears on compatible devices.
Follow the prompts to complete the process.
Note: Face ID and other facial recognition technologies are merely used as a lock to get into the app itself. The myAT&T app1 still requires your ID and password, which must be saved on your device in order for Face ID to work with the app.
