Face ID for myAT&T

Learn how Face ID gives you quick access to your account information for iPhone X only. Find out how to add this feature to our app for iOS.


INSTRUCTIONS & INFO

Enable our app to use Face ID

  1. Make sure Face ID is already set up on your device.
  2. Open the myAT&T app.1
  3. Tap Manage app settings.
  4. Turn on Face ID. This setting only appears on compatible devices.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

Note: Face ID and other facial recognition technologies are merely used as a lock to get into the app itself. The myAT&T app1 still requires your ID and password, which must be saved on your device in order for Face ID to work with the app.

  • Face ID must be already enabled on your device in order to use it in the myAT&T app.1
  • You can disable Face ID for the myAT&T app1 by using Manage app settings
  • AT&T does not store your unique facial information in the myAT&T app.1 We use the function that is included on your device.
