Get info about your IDs for signing in

Learn how to find your user ID (formerly called an AT&T Access ID) and/or Member ID email address in your myAT&T Profile.

Learn how to find your IDs

Find your user ID

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Under Profile, your user ID is listed below the welcome message. 

Find your Member ID email address

  1. Go to Profile and then Account Users.
  2. If you have more than one account, select the U-verse TV or Internet account.
  3. Below Member ID info, find your Member ID. 

Note: If your user ID is the same as your Member ID email, you cannot remove your U-verse TV or AT&T Internet account from your user ID. Learn who can remove an account from an ID.
