Good to know

  • Not sure what equipment you have to return and how? Find out how to return your equipment
  • Want to avoid non-return fees? Make sure to send your undamaged equipment back within 21 days of the service change or disconnect date.
  • We offer a 90-day equipment warranty from the installation date. If your equipment fails within 90 days, contact us. We’ll swap it out at no charge.
