Sign-up tips

Did you get an error?
Verify the wireless number, billing ZIP Code, and Social Security number.

If you recently applied for the AT&T Signature Program and submit a second request within 14 days, it will be rejected. It may take up to 2 bill periods for program benefits to show on your bill.

Don’t have an eligible email address?
Just bring proof of employment (a work or student ID badge, a pay stub, or a copy of a W-2 form) to an AT&T store. We’ll help you sign up from there.

Important Program info

  • AT&T Signature Program benefits are only available on wireless accounts. AT&T PREPAIDSM (formerly GoPhone®) accounts aren’t eligible. Learn more about the AT&T Signature Program.
  • The account must be in the name of the eligible person. For example, if you’re the account owner and someone else on your account is eligible for a service benefit, you’ll have to transfer billing responsibility to the eligible individual. Then you can sign that account up for the AT&T Signature Program.
  • You can only associate your account with 1 AT&T Signature Program. For example, if 2 people on your account have employers that offer the AT&T Signature Program, both people would have to have separate wireless accounts to get both company’s benefits.
  • Once you sign up, if you have a qualified plan, your benefits will automatically show on your monthly wireless bill within 2 bill periods.
