About your ETF

An ETF is another way to fulfill a term or Service Commitment - it's not a penalty. Once your term or Service Commitment is complete, there's no ETF if you cancel service.

The ETF amount, if any, depends on the type of device you purchased and how much of your term or Service Commitment you completed at the time you cancel service. The ETF amount declines over time.
