Reset your iPad account password

From your iPad
  1. From the home screen, tap Settings > Cellular Data > View Account.
  2. Enter the email address used during activation.
  3. Tap the Forgot Password link then Ok to confirm reset.

Online
  1. Go to att.com/iPadlanding.
  2. Enter the email address used during activation, then select Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your device IMEI and ICCID from the SIM in use. To locate the IMEI and ICCID on your iPad, from the Home screen, tap Settings > General > About.
