You may be able to upgrade anytime. Here's how: - __Installment plan with AT&T Next Up:__ Pay off 50% of your device and turn it in. The percentage amount depends on your installment plan. - __Regular installment plan:__ Pay off 100% of your phone. Keep in mind, you may not be eligible for upgrade promotions on older plans. Want to change your plan or data amount? You have to choose from our current wireless plans. Keep in mind, you won't be able to go back to your old plan.
