[Wireless](https://www.att.com/support/wireless/) # Set up or remove NumberSync on Android devices Learn how to sync an Android watch to your smartphone number so you can make and receive calls, even if your phone isn’t nearby. * * * Requirements A smartphone can sync with up to five AndroidTM watches. To get started, you’ll need: - A smartphone on an active AT&T WirelessSM plan with the latest version of the watch app installed (Note: AT&T Prepaid® isn’t supported) - An Android watch on an AT&T Wireless plan - An AT&T ID associated with the smartphone ([get more info](https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1159378/ "Link opens in same window")) __FYI:__ FirstNet® subscribers, [learn how to add NumberSync](https://www.firstnet.com/help/numbersync-for-wearables.html "Link opens in a new window"). * * * WatchWatchBilling infoBilling info ### Sync and use an Android watch Make calls using your watch with NumberSync, even if it isn’t nearby. (Your watch can only sync to one smartphone at a time.) 1. Open the __Watch__ app on your phone. 2. Follow the in-app steps to set up NumberSync. In addition to making calls, you can also get notices and listen to your smartphone’s voicemail on the watch. Want device-specific instructions? When you make or receive a call on the watch, your phone handles the call but sends it to your watch. The smartphone also shares its data with the watch. Turning on airplane mode might not stop this connection. - __Cellular:__ When the watch isn't in Bluetooth range, it connects to our network for talk and data service. ### Remove NumberSync If you want to unsync your Android watch to resync to another phone: 1. Open the __Watch__ app on your phone. 2. Tap __Watch settings__, then __Mobile plans__. 3. Select __NumberSync__ and then __Deactivate__. 4.
