Manage your internet add-ons

Add, change, or remove your AT&T Internet or Internet Air add-ons like ActiveArmor or Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service.

Want to add or remove add-ons for your AT&T Internet service? Here’s how:

Sign in to your myAT&T account.
From your Account overview, select your internet plan.
Scroll to the Add-ons to customize your plan section.
Select the Learn more button for the add-on that you’re interested in adding.

Want to add or remove add-ons for AT&T Internet Air? Here’s how:

To add Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service to your AT&T Internet Air:

Go to your online account. Sign in, if asked.
From your Account overview, select your internet plan.
Scroll to the Add Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service section and select Add to cart.
Follow the prompts to accept the terms and conditions and the cost of the add-on.

To cancel your Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service add-on:

Go to your online account. Sign in, if asked.
From your Account overview, select your internet plan.
Scroll to My add-ons and select the ellipsis (three dots), then select Cancel my Extended Wi-Fi Coverage Service.
Select a cancellation reason and follow the prompts to submit your cancellation request.

To cancel Managed Internet Backup, call 800.223.6965.

To cancel all other internet add-ons for AT&T Business accounts, call us at 800.321.2000.
