How to accept an offer for secondary online access

  1. Review the text or email you received about an offer for secondary online access.
  2. If you trust the offer, select the link in the text or email.
  3. Enter the AT&T wireless number or account number and billing ZIP Code.
  4. Choose to create a user ID or use your current one.
  5. Enter the requested info. If you create an ID and password, agree to the AT&T User ID Terms & Conditions.

  • Several people on an account can have secondary access.
  • Your user ID may have primary online access to some accounts and secondary access to others. The primary online user can offer someone secondary access by text (wireless only) or by email.
