Change the name on your account

We've made it simple to keep your account name and billing information up-to-date, saving you precious time.


To make changes that impact your account security, you can choose Chat (when available) or call us at 800.288.2020.

Any of the following items can be updated online:

  • Your billing address. (You haven't moved, but you'd like your bill to be mailed to an alternate address.)
  • Your email address.
  • Your contact phone numbers.
  • Your checking/savings account billing address or credit/debit card ZIP Code.

Note: If your account is less than 30 days old, and you wish to change your billing address, call us at 800.288.2020.
