From your U-verse remote control:

Press Menu.
Use the right arrow to scroll to Help.
Use the down arrow to scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve, then press OK.
Use the right arrow to scroll to Internet, then presss OK.
Follow the prompts on your TV.
