Connect computers to your Wi-Fi network

Learn how to connect Macintosh OS X computers to your home network.

Before you start, make sure your wireless switch or radio button is on.
  1. Select the Wireless Radio link and verify the AirPort is on. You'll see a list of Wi-Fi® networks within range.
  2. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list.
  3. Enter your Wi-Fi password in the password field. Most times, you can find this password on the side of your gateway.
  4. If you want to save this network, check Remember this network.
  5. Select OK.

Not sure if you’re connected to your home Wi-Fi? Sign in to Smart Home Manager and select Connected Devices. Then, look for your computer in the listed devices.
