How to receive and enter a code for your account

If you received the code via free text, email, or phone call

  1. Get your 8-digit numeric code (for example, 23452345) from the message.
  2. Enter the code when prompted online.
  3. Complete the remaining steps.

If you received the code via U.S. mail

  1. Go to Profile > Sign-in info.
  2. In the My linked accounts section, select Link another account.
  3. Enter the 8-digit, numeric code when prompted.
  4. Complete the remaining steps.
