Learn about McAfee SiteAdvisor and Security Scan Plus

McAfee SiteAdvisor is included as a feature in the AT&T Internet Security Suite powered by McAfee (Internet Security Suite). The SiteAdvisor feature provides the following for your browser:

• Safety ratings for an estimated 95 percent of websites.
• Website testing for excessive pop-ups, browser exploits, and other annoyances.
• Download testing for viruses and bundled adware, spyware, or other unwanted programs.
• Advising for users as they surf and search.

The SiteAdvisor feature uses the following rating icons:
 Site is Safe
 Use Caution
 Warning

SiteAdvisor also shows you how safe a website is when you visit it. Select the icon in the toolbar to find out why a site is rated a certain way.

If you're not ready to install the full Internet Security Suite, you might want to try McAfee Security Scan Plus.
