Getting your refund quickly is important to you, so it's important to us. This information is specific to service charges for a canceled account and should not be confused with refunds associated with the return of a device or an account credit or adjustment on an active account.Canceled accounts
Service refunds for canceled accounts:
- With a credit balance are processed within 60 days after the account is canceled.
- Are processed when all final charges are posted to the account.
- Will be received approximately 60 days from the date of cancellation.
All credit balances are subject to review which may result in no refund being issued if the credit balance is determined to have been generated in error.Active accounts
