A factory reset will restore your Wi-Fi name and password to the info located on your gateway sticker.
Press and hold the Reset button on the back of the gateway for 10 seconds. If you release the button too soon, the gateway will restart, but it won’t reset.
Wait until the gateway restarts and the status lights come on. When the Broadband and Service status lights are solid green, you’re all set.
