Try this. * * * ## BGW210 or BGW320 From a computer connected to your Wi-Fi gateway: 1. Go to your [gateway settings](http://192.168.1.254/). 2. Select __Firewall__ and then __Advanced.__ 3. Enter your __Device Access Code,__ if asked. You can find this on a sticker on your gateway. 4. Turn off everything in Firewall Advanced. 5. Select __IP Passthrough__ and set the following: - __Allocation Mode__ to __Passthrough__ - __Passthough Mode__ to __DHCPS-fixed__ 6. Enter the __MAC address__ of the device to be set up in the __Passthrough Fixed MAC address__ field. 7. Select __Save__ and __Restart Now.__ __Good to know:__ You may have to reboot your computer and Wi-Fi gateway to force a new IP assignment. ## Pace 5268 From a computer connected to your Wi-Fi gateway: 01. Go to your [gateway settings](http://192.168.1.254/ "Link opens in new window") and choose __Settings__. 02. Scroll to __Software Version__. If you have version __11.1.0.xxxx__ or above, continue with these steps. If you have earlier versions, you don’t need to do anything else. 03. Select __LAN__ and then __LAN IP Address Allocation__. 04. Scroll to __Devices__. Check __Device Status__ for one identified as __DMZ device__. 05. In __Address Assignment__, choose __Private from Pool__ or __Specific Private IP__. 06. Select the Firewall tab and scroll to Edit firewall settings for this computer. 07. Choose __Add a new user-defined application__. You’ll see the Firewall Application Profile Definition window. 08. In __Application Profile Name__, enter __All UDP__ and do the following: - In __Protocol__, select __UDP__. - In __Port__, enter __1__ in __From__ and __50999__ in __To__. - Select __Add to List__ and then __Back__. 09. In __Application Profile Name__, enter __All TCP__ and do the following: - In __Protocol__, select __TCP__. - In __Port__, enter __1__ in __From__ and __50999__ in __To__. - Select __Add to List__ and then __Back__. 10. In __Select a computer__, choose the device you want to forward all traffic to. Or, enter the IP address of the device. 11. In Hosted Applications, select __All UDP__ and __All TCP__, then __Add them__. 12. Select __Save__. __Good to know:__ You may have to reboot your computer and Wi-Fi gateway to force a new IP assignment.
