Security passcode (only if you added extra security)
Enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields on the sign-in page. Then select Sign in to access your account.
All done? Here’s how to sign out:
From your computer or mobile device: Look next to the Shopping cart and select your name or person icon, then Sign out.
From the myAT&T app: Tap More and select Sign out.
If you don’t have an ID for signing in, learn how to create a user ID. When you create an ID, you also choose an account to manage online.
Yes. Enter uppercase and lowercase letters carefully. Check that Caps Lock is off when you are typing a password for signing in.
You can recover your ID or reset your password online. Go to Forgot ID or Forgot password and follow the prompts.
If you enabled extra security, sign in to myAT&T with your ID and password then select Forgot passcode. Follow the prompts to change your security passcode.
If we sent you a user ID (once called an AT&T Access ID), sign in to att.com with your user ID.
If your DIRECTV account includes another AT&T service, sign in to att.com with your ID.
If your DIRECTV account doesn’t include other AT&T services and you don't have an ID, sign in to directv.com with your DIRECTV email ID.

If you want to view or pay your wireless bill and it is combined with your Internet, U-verse TV, or Home Phone bill, sign in with the ID that manages your Internet, U-verse TV, or Home Phone account.
The password is the same on att.com and currently.com.
If you change your password, it changes for both your user ID and your AT&T email address. Learn more about shared passwords.
