Your final bill for canceled services
Your final bill is printed on the regular billing date and should be received within 14 business days after your services have been disconnected.
If your final bill ends in a credit, a refund is mailed separately. Most refunds are received within 3-6 weeks.

Important Note Your final bill can't be paid in a retail store once service is disconnected. However, it can be viewed or paid via myAT&T or the myAT&T mobile app for 90 days from the cancellation date.
