Troubleshoot & Resolve from your U-verse TV

Get answers from the comfort of your living room, directly from your TV.
  1. Press Menu on your U-verse remote control.
  2. Use the down arrow to scroll to Help. Press OK.
  3. Scroll down to Information and press OK.
  4. Scroll right and select Troubleshoot & Resolve.
  5. Scroll to the service you want to troubleshoot (TV, internet, or phone).
  6. Press OK.
  7. Follow the prompts on your TV.
