Manage your AT&T Phone or AT&T Phone - Advanced features to work for you.

You can turn several calling features on and off through your phone portal or using the following star codes. Keep in mind, not all features can be managed using a star code.

Call forwarding

Feature	Description
All Call Forwarding	Send calls to another number ON: Press 72, enter a forwarding number, then press # OFF: Press 73#
Busy Call Forwarding	Send calls to another number or when your line is busy, voicemail if the call isn’t answered ON: Press 90, enter a forwarding number, then press # OFF: Press 91#
Exclusive Call Forwarding	Send calls from up to 20 phone numbers to another number or your voicemail ON: Activate online OFF: Press *83#
No Answer Call Forwarding	Send missed calls to voicemail or another number ON: Press 92, enter a forwarding number, then press # OFF: Press 93#
Safe Call Forwarding	Send calls to another number when there’s a service disruption ON: Press 372, enter a forwarding number, then press # OFF: Press 373#

Call filtering

Feature	Description
Call Blocking	Stop calls from ringing through to your phone for up to 100 numbers ON: Press 61 for each unwanted inbound call OFF: Press 80 or deactivate online
Call screening	Accept calls from up to 20 select numbers ON: Activate online OFF: Press *84#
Exclusive Call Forwarding	Send calls from up to 20 phone numbers to another number ON: Activate online OFF: Press *83#
Digital Phone Call Protect	Block calls from likely scammers and get alerts¹ ON: Activate online

Incoming calls

Feature	Description
Anonymous Call Blocking	Stop calls from callers who block their Caller ID info ON: Press 77# OFF: Press 87#
Call Waiting	Play an audible tone when a call is waiting to be answered ON: Turned on automatically
Cancel Call Waiting (all calls)	Block all calls ON: Press 370# OFF: Press 371#
Cancel Call Waiting (single call)	Block select calls ON: Press *70, enter the number you’re blocking, then press # OFF: Resumes when you end your call
Cancel Call Waiting (mid-call)	Block call waiting during an active call ON: Press Flash, press *70#, then press # OFF: Resumes when you end your call
Call Trace	Get the number of your last call ON: Press *57# (There’s a fee for each trace which varies by area.¹)
Do Not Disturb	Stop calls from ringing through, giving callers a busy signal ON: Press 78# OFF: Press 79#
Locate Me	Send calls to your phone number and up to four other numbers ON: Activate online OFF: Press *313#

Outgoing calls

Feature	Description
Caller ID	Show your Caller ID info when you make a call ON: Turned on automatically
Caller ID Blocking (single call)	Hide your name and number on select calls ON: Press 67, enter the number you’re calling, then press # OFF: Press 82, enter the number you’re calling, then press #
Caller ID Blocking (all calls)	Hide your name and number on all calls ON: Activate online OFF: Deactivate online
International Call Blocking	Stop calls to international numbers ON: Activate online
Three-way Calling	Add a third party to an existing call ON: Press Flash (or get a press tone), enter the number of the third party, then press Flash again OFF: Resumes when you end your call
