Get ready for your new service

We want your installation to be as stress-free as possible. If something comes up, it’s easy to change or cancel your appointment.
  • Make sure someone 18 or older is available for the entire installation. It usually takes about 4 hours.
  • Don’t cancel your current service until we install your new service.

Appointment info

  • If you choose to get text alerts, we’ll send you a reminder text on the day of your appointment. 
  • On appointment day, use our Tech Tracker tool to view your tech’s location info. To check now, go to Troubleshoot & resolve and sign in with your account number and ZIP Code. Your tech will call you when they’re on the way.
  • The tech will activate your service and show you how to use your new equipment.
  • Our techs can’t move TVs or furniture, so make sure wall outlets and other areas are easy to access.
