Activate Caller ID for Phone and U-verse TV
Subscribe to both Phone and U-verse TV and you can view the name and number of incoming callers on your TV before you decide to answer.
Set up Caller ID for U-verse TV
Go to your
myAT&T Account overview
and choose
My digital phone
.
Select
My voicemail & phone features
then
Phone Features
.
Choose
Caller ID on TV
.
Select
On
or
Off
.
Select
Save
.
More Caller ID info
You must subscribe to both AT&T Phone and U-verse TV for caller info to display on your TV.
If you're recording a program on your DVR when a Caller ID notification appears, the notification won't be recorded.
If you're watching a recorded program when a call comes in, it will display on your TV screen.
If you receive a call that has blocked its Caller ID, it won’t display on your TV.
