This person decides who has secondary access. - Secondary access users can co-manage the account online. They can do most of the things that the person with primary access can do. More than one person can have secondary access. Select __Switch__ to choose a different service. 4. Select __Add a secondary user__ 5. Follow the prompts to add one or more secondary users.
