One user ID will have primary online access to the account. This person can decide who has secondary access.
Secondary access users can co-manage the account online. They can do most of the things that the person with primary access can do. More than one person can have secondary access.
Scroll to Account settings, then select Linked accounts.
Enter your AT&T phone number or account number and your billing ZIP Code.
Choose from these options:
Select My name isn’t on the bill but I want account access now if you know the details for the account. You may have to provide a verification code to confirm you can access the account.
Select Request access from the account owner and enter your email address. We’ll contact the account owner, and they’ll have to approve your request for secondary access.
Review the text or email you received about an offer for secondary online access.
Select the link in the text or email, if you trust the offer.
Enter the AT&T wireless number or account number and billing ZIP Code.
Choose to create a user ID or use your current one.
Enter the requested info. If you create an ID and password, agree to the AT&T User ID Terms & Conditions.
