Verifying your place of primary use address for each user or deviceYour place of primary use address determines the tax rates on your wireless bill. This must be a physical address and can't be a P.O. Box. The address may be different for each user or device on the account.
Example: If your child just moved to another state with a wireless number on your account, you must update your child's place of use address.
Verifying your billing addressThe billing address is where we mail a paper bill or other correspondence. This address can be a P.O. Box.
Heads up: If your account is less than 30 days old or your first payment hasn't been processed, you won't be able to update the billing address on your account.
