View bill credits, adjustments, or discounts

1. Go to your bill. Sign in, if asked.
2. Choose the service you want to view.
3. Expand sections to see more details.

You can also choose Bill & pay history if you want to view an older bill. Or select Download bill to get a full version.

Good to know: It may take up to two months before applied adjustments or credits appear on your bill.

View promo details

In the charges section of your bill, you’ll find promo info. Expand each section and look for:

• Activity since last bill: We’ll show any credits you received.
• Multi-line display that shows:
• The product and its regular rate on one line
• The product plus the promo description and a credit amount on a second line

FYI: Some promos may take up to two months to appear on your bill.

If you have TV, internet, or phone service, look under Bill charges.
