Have a disability and wireless service with us? You can get specialized support through the National Center for Customers with Disabilities (NCCD). For example, you can get help receiving your bill in an accessible format like Braille or large print. You can also get answers to questions about:

® service and a disability? The Disability and Aging Center can help you get your bill in a format like Braille or large print. They can provide answers about your account. They can also help you find out if you can get a discount on local directory assistance (411) or local toll calls.
