Support options for people with disabilities

Learn how to get specialized customer service, like bills in Braille or large print, and find other accessibility options.

Customer support for disabilities

Are you an AT&T customer with a disability? You can get specialized support, like receiving your bill in an accessible format (Braille or large print), or help selecting a device that’s compatible with hearing aids or teletypewriter (TYY).

For help with these disability services for AT&T Wireless, AT&T Internet, AT&T Phone, or U-verse TV® customers, call us at 800.288.2020.

AT&T also offers text and data plans for Deaf and hard-of-hearing customers, through the National Center for customers with disabilities (NCCD).

You can reach the NCCD at 866.241.6568. If you use a TTY, call 866.241.6567.

NCCD hours of operation

Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. CT
Saturday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. CT
Sunday: closed
