Manage the wireless number for your user ID

Assign a wireless number to your user ID (formerly AT&T Access ID) and you can get access to services related to your wireless phone, help with password reset, and more.

Find out if you have a wireless number assigned to your ID

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile and then Contact info.
  2. Select the Phone tab. 
  3. The phone number listed in the My AT&T wireless number section is the wireless number assigned to your user ID.

Assign, change, or remove the wireless number for your ID

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile and then Contact info.
  2. Select the Phone tab. 
  3. In the My AT&T wireless number section, select Add, Edit, or Remove
  4. Save your changes.
  5. If assigning or changing a wireless number, enter the verification code sent to the wireless number.

Heads up:
  • You can only assign your wireless number to 1 user ID. If your wireless number is already assigned to an ID, you must delete it from that ID before you can assign it to a different ID.
  • The assigned wireless number must be an AT&T wireless number. It can't be the phone number for Digital Phone, Landline Home Phone, or AT&T PREPAIDSM (formerly GoPhone®).
