Learn about &More Benefits

Enjoy exclusive access to select subscriptions and services at a special price.

Get started

Follow the steps to view your &More Benefits options. Then, activate them on the third-party merchant’s site. For your security, none of your personal info will be shared with the merchant.

  1. Go to andmorebenefits.att.com and sign in with your AT&T user ID and password. Don’t have a user ID? Create one now
  2. Choose the subscription or service to add to your cart and check out once finished.
  3. View the My Benefits tab on the &More Benefits site to see all your purchases.
  4. Make sure you select Activate for each subscription. You’ll be taken to the merchant’s site to create a profile, or you may be able to use the merchant’s registration email.
  5. Select Checkout on the &More Benefits site and enter your payment info.

Manage subscriptions

Sign in to andmorebenefits.att.com and select Edit next to an active subscription to:

  • Change a plan
  • Pause, cancel, or reactivate
  • View subscription history
  • Cancel any recurring services

Tip: You can call 877.677.9026 to speak with an &More Benefits expert. Also, make sure to check billing details for helpful info if you’re canceling one or more of your subscriptions.

Check for emails

You’ll get email notifications for:

  • Subscription purchase invoice
  • Subscription activation
  • Subscription confirmation sent from a third-party
  • Billing and payment activity updates
  • Account changes

Your bill period starts when you sign up for a service or product (not when you activate it). The charge can take several days to appear on your debit or credit card account. Your payment method will be automatically charged once a month on this date.

Keep in mind:

  • The charge will appear as AT&T on your credit or debit card statement (it’s not billed on your wireless or fiber account).
  • Your billing date is in UTC time zone, so it may be one day earlier or later due to time zone differences.
  • If the day of your billing date doesn’t occur in every month, you’ll be billed on the last day of that month instead. For example, if your billing date is on the 31st, you’ll be billed on the 30th.
  • You can find your billing history, subscription price, and taxes info in the payment history section on your &More Benefits account page. Depending on the address you added, you may be charged taxes plus your subscription price.

Payment declined

You’ll get an email if your bank or financial institution declined the charge. To fix it:

  1. Go to andmorebenefits.att.com and then My Benefits.
  2. Look for the payment error next to an offer and select Edit.
  3. Try these options.
    • Make sure you have valid payment info.
    • Use a different payment method.
    • Make sure your payment method supports online payments.
  4. Select Save payment method.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 for other offers with a payment issue.

Tip: Make sure to fix your payment issue within 3 days after the renewal date to avoid losing the offer.

Cancel your service or subscription

Make sure to cancel any services at least two days before the applicable bill period ends. Otherwise, you may be charged for the next full bill period.

  • If you cancel a subscription in the middle of your bill period, no refunds or credits will be given. You can still access the service until the end of the bill period.
  • If you change service tiers in the middle of your bill period:
    • Upgrade your service: You’ll get immediate access to the new upgraded plan. We’ll immediately apply any difference in price to your bill.
    • Downgrade your service: Your downgrade takes effect in the next bill period, and you’re charged at the end of current bill period for the new plan.
