Learn about changes to AT&T Protect Advantage

These updates began on October 20, 2025 if you signed up for device protection on or after February 24, 2022.

• Same-day pickup: Select replacement devices will be ready for same-day pickup¹ at certain uBreakiFix® stores. This depends on your location and device eligibility at the time of claim approval.
• Revised name: We changed the names to make them easier to understand:
  • AT&T Protect Advantage for 1² is now AT&T Protect Advantage.
  • AT&T Protect Advantage for 4² is now AT&T Protect Advantage Multi-Device.
  • AT&T Protect Advantage for Business for 1² is now AT&T Protect Advantage for Business.
  • AT&T Protect Advantage for Business for 4² is now AT&T Protect Advantage for Business Multi-Device.
• Updated pricing: The monthly price and replacement deductibles or service fees vary. They're based on the device make and model and your coverage option. Get detailed info about your coverage if you have a:

• Unlimited photo storage will stop: You won’t be able to back up photos and videos. Make sure to download your photos and videos before February 2, 2026.
