Turbo Live by AT&T^SM improves mobile data speed at select live events and venues in the United States. The service only works within the event venue and immediate area. Turbo Live only enhances mobile data, not voice calls or text messages.

You’ll get unlimited Turbo Live data during your event. The amount of data you use doesn’t take away from your monthly data allotment.

Turbo Live charges vary by event and location.

Requirements

• 5G-capable smartphone
• Unlocked phone if you don’t have an AT&T Wireless^SM phone on an eligible plan
• Available eSIM slot

Get Turbo Live

If you have an AT&T Wireless plan, you can get Turbo Live and passes for up to 10 events at a time. Follow the prompts to add them to your phone. Get started at att.com/get-turbo-live.

Troubleshoot

If Turbo Live by AT&T isn’t working:

• Turn off Wi-Fi®: Turbo Live only works on the AT&T cellular network, not on Wi-Fi.
• Check your location: Make sure you are within the event venue or its immediate surroundings.
• Did Turbo Live activate? Allow up to 15 minutes after purchase for Turbo Live to activate.
• Still not working? Restart your device and try again.
