Exchange an accessory under warranty

Get warranty exchange info for a wireless accessory purchased from AT&T. Check with the retailer or manufacturer if you didn’t buy the accessory from us.

Accessory sold separately
First, go to Troubleshoot & Resolve to fix any issues with it. Still not working correctly? Contact us to exchange your accessory within the 1-year warranty period.

Accessory came with your device
Any charger or other accessory included in the device’s retail package is protected by the same warranty that covers the device. Learn about device warranty exchange

General info about exchanging your accessory
  • Accessories purchased from AT&T stores or online are covered by a 1-year warranty. To exchange, bring a valid proof of purchase to any AT&T store.
  • If an accessory has a lifetime warranty, you can exchange at any AT&T store with valid proof of purchase within the first year. After the first year, contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
