About the account owner

The account owner is the person who can identify himself or herself as the person financially responsible for an account. This person's name is listed on the bill.
  • Wireless account owners: Sign in to myAT&T using your user ID (formerly AT&T Access ID) and password to view and pay your bill and manage your services. Heads up: If you have wireless service with a Combined Bill, please refer to the Customers with Combined Bills section.
  • Internet and U-verse TV account owners: Sign in to myAT&T using your Primary Member ID (AT&T email) or user ID (formerly AT&T Access ID) and password to view and pay your bill and manage your services. Good to know: If you sign in using your subaccount Member ID (AT&T email) and password, you can't view or pay the bill.
  • Home phone account owners: Sign in to myAT&T using your user ID (formerly AT&T Access ID) and password to view and pay your bill and manage your services.
  • DSL account owners: Sign in to myAT&T using your Member ID (AT&T email) or user ID (formerly AT&T Access ID) and password to view and pay your bill and manage your services. 
  • Customers with Combined Bills: If you want to view or pay your wireless bill and it's combined with your DIRECTV, AT&T Internet, U-verse TV, or home phone bill, you must sign in with the ID that manages your DIRECTV, AT&T Internet, U-verse TV, or home phone account.
  • Free AT&T email accounts: There's no bill associated with your free AT&T email account.
