How to check and pay off your installment plan online

Managing your installment plan online with myAT&T or the myAT&T app is easy. Don't have the app? Get it now. Text and data rates may apply when you download and use the app.

Here's how to check and pay off your balance:
  1. Sign in to myAT&T to view your bill.
  2. Go to your wireless account and view all charges.
  3. Select the number for the device you want to manage, then choose Manage your installment plan under the installment line item for that number.
  4. Review your installment details. Or, select Make a plan payment to pay of your remaining balance.

Important payoff details

  • Once submitted, payments are final.
  • You may be able to unlock your device after you pay off its installment plan. Get info about device unlock eligibility
  • If you have an AT&T Signature Program discount, you can only pay with a checking or savings account.
  • While we don’t accept extra monthly payments on installment balances, you can pay off your full remaining balance anytime. If you have a trade-in eligible plan, you may want to consider trading in your smartphone and upgrading to a new device instead. Eligible plans include AT&T Installment Plan with Next UpSM, AT&T Next®, and AT&T Next Every Year®.
