How to view and pay off your installment plan online

It's easy to manage your installment plan online with myAT&T or the myAT&T app. Don’t have the app? Get it now. Text and data rates may apply for app download and use.

Here's how to pay off your balance:
  1. Go to your account overview and select See my bill
  2. Scroll to and select Manage installment plan under Billing & payment options.
  3. Review your installment details. Or, select Make a plan payment to pay off your remaining balance.

Important payoff details

  • Once submitted, payments are final.
  • To unlock your device, first make sure your account is current. Find out what else you have to check before you can unlock your device.
  • If you have the AT&T Signature Program, you can only make a payment with a checking or savings account.
  • While we don’t accept extra monthly payments on installment balances, you can pay off your full remaining balance anytime. If you have a trade-in eligible plan, you may want to consider trading in your smartphone and upgrading to a new device instead. Eligible plans include AT&T Installment Plan with Next UpSM, AT&T Next®, and AT&T Next Every Year®.

Have a buy-one, get-one device on an installment plan and want to view your monthly credit for your free device? Just check your bill. Look for it under Make a payment on your current bill, or Previous activity on last month’s bill.
