Manage AutoPay for AT&T Prepaid

Learn how to add or remove AutoPay from your AT&T Prepaid account, or how to cancel your Prepaid account completely.


  1. Go to att.com/myprepaid and sign in.
  2. Select Make a Payment, then Pay and Enroll in AutoPay.
  3. Choose your payment method or add a new payment method.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Read and agree to the AutoPay terms and follow the prompts.

Good to know: If you don’t use AutoPay but still want to keep your AT&T Prepaid® service, you’ll need to pay your bill when it renews, or you’ll lose service.

How do I cancel AutoPay for AT&T Prepaid?

  1. Sign in to your AT&T Prepaid account.
  2. Select Home, then Manage AutoPay.
  3. Select End AutoPay. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation of your AutoPay.

Good to know: If you don’t use AutoPay and don’t pay your bill when it renews, your AT&T Prepaid phone number will be reassigned after 60 days.
