Cancel Auto Renew for AT&T Prepaid add-ons

Find out how to turn off Auto Renew online for your AT&T Prepaid data, messaging, and other add-ons.

Sign in to your AT&T Prepaid account. If it’s your first time signing in, select Don’t have an AT&T ID? Create one now and follow the prompts.
Select Manage Prepaid account and then Add-ons.
Choose the add-on that you want to cancel Auto Renew for, then select Manage Auto Renew button.
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
