How to go online and confirm we received your payment
You need to be logged in to complete these steps. Your initial password is the last four digits of your wireless number.
At the top of the page, select Account History.
Select a date range.
Select History Type > Credit/Debit/eCheck Payment.
Select Submit or Export to PDF.
Using our automated phone system to verify payments
Check your AT&T PREPAID account balance by calling 800.901.9878 or 611 from your wireless phone. To hear your account balance and expiration date, say Balance and payments and then follow the prompts to say Check balance.
