More about deposit refunds
- Sign in to your account to update your address.
- It may take up to 15 days to process and send your refund.
- Deposits do not earn interest except in states where it is required by law.
If you cancel your account, your security deposit is first applied to any account balance. After all final charges have posted to your account, any remaining credit balance will be refunded.
Canceled accounts with an eligible credit balance from a security deposit are processed approximately 60 days after the account was canceled. Please allow an extra 5-7 business days for your refund check to arrive.
